collected and processed by us when you use Pixbee Junior APP with Directed products

When downloading, installing, launching, browsing, registering, logging in, and using  
our products and/or services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "using our products  
and/or services"), we will process and protect your personal information in accordance  
with the provisions of this policy. We will try to explain the technical vocabulary  
involved in this policy to you in a clear and simple manner for your understanding. We  
have used bold font to distinguish clauses in this policy that may have a significant  
impact on your rights and interests. Please refer to them carefully.  
Please carefully read and fully understand this policy before using/continuing to use  
our various products and services and make appropriate choices according to the  
guidance of this policy when necessary. If you do not agree with the content of this  
policy, it may cause our products and/or services to malfunction or fail to achieve the  
intended service effect. You should immediately stop accessing/using our products  
and/or services. By using or continuing to use the products and/or services we provide,

1. How to collect and use your personal information  
You understand and agree with that:  
To provide you with a better product and service experience, we are continuously  
striving to improve our technology. As a result, we may introduce new or optimized  
features from time to time, which may require collecting, using new personal  
information, or changing the purpose or method of using personal information. We will  
update this privacy policy to explain to you the purpose, scope, and usage of personal  
information, and collect and use your personal information with your explicit consent.  
We will follow the principles of legitimacy, legality, and necessity to collect and use

1.1. Account registration and login  
1.1.1. When you register and log in, we will collect your email account to provide you  
with fast login services.  
1.1.2. You can also choose to fill in or change your profile, nickname, phone number,  
email address, and date of birth according to your own needs to personalise your  
user profile and experience. However, if you do not provide such information, it  
will not affect your use of this product and related services.  
1.1.3. If you successfully register your account, we will display your profile, nickname,  
phone number, email, and date of birth information in the application and website.  
1.2. Extended functions for collecting and using your personal information  
To make the services you enjoy more convenient or enrich your experience, we have  
provided the following extended functions, which may collect and use your personal  
information. If you do not provide this personal information, you can still use the basic  
functions. These extended functions and the types of personal information required are  
as follows:  
1.2.1. For your convenience in using products or services  
1.2.1.1. Device Information: We will receive and record device related information  
based on the specific permissions you have granted during software installation  
and use, which can be used to identify your device (such as device model,  
operating system version, device settings, unique device identifier  
(IMEI/Android/DEVICE ID), device MAC address, IP address and running  
processes to provide you with security guarantees.  
1.2.1.2. Positioning function: When you enable the device positioning function and use  
our related services based on geographical location (including fence processing  
and map viewing), we may obtain your separate consent through pop-up  
windows to collect information about your geographical location. Geographic  
location information belongs to personal sensitive information. If you refuse to  
provide this information, you will not be able to use the relevant location-based  
services mentioned above, but it will not affect your normal use of other  
functions of the APP.  
1.2.1.3. Contact function: When you add contacts using the contact book, with your  
explicit consent, we will collect your contact book information to show you the  
phone number in the contact book for your convenience in using the contact  
function. The address book information belongs to personal sensitive  
information. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from  
using the contact selection function from the address book, but it will not affect  
your normal use of the APP's contact service and other functions.  
1.2.2. Summary of device permission calls  
1.2.2.1. Camera: Select to use when scanning QR codes or modifying user profiles,  
which can be turned off.  
1.2.2.2. Storage (albums, media, and other files): Select to use when modifying user  
avatars to close.  
1.2.2.3. Microphone (recording): Select to use during video calls, chats, and voice  
transmission to turn it off.  
1.2.2.4. Geographic location: As described in section 1.2.1.2 of this policy, it can be  
turned off without affecting other functions of the APP.  
1.2.2.5. Contacts: As described in section 1.2.1.3 of this policy, it can be turned off  
without affecting other functions of the APP.  
1.2.2.6. Notification: APP related message push, can be turned off without affecting  
other functions of the APP.  
1.2.2.7. Network permissions: Internet access function, real-time reading and updating,  
unable to use the APP normally after shutdown.  
1.2.2.8. Telephone status (including device information and operational status): As  
described in section 1.2.1.1 of this policy, it can be turned off.  
1.3. Exceptions to obtaining authorized consent  
We may collect, use, or disclose your information without consent only where permitted  
by law, such as:  
1.3.1. To lessen or prevent a serious threat to the life, health, or safety of any individual,  
or to public health or safety.  
1.3.2. When required or authorized by or under an Australian or New Zealand law or a  
court/tribunal order.  
1.3.3. When necessary for the investigation of unlawful activity or serious misconduct.  
2. How to share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal  
information  
2.1. Sharing:  
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or  
individual unless one or more of the following situations exist:  
2.1.1. We have obtained your authorization in advance.  
2.1.2. You proposed it yourself.  
2.2. Transfer:  
Transfer refers to the transfer of control over obtaining your personal information to

we will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or

3.1. Storage Location:  
Your personal information is stored on secure servers provided by Amazon Web  
Services (AWS).  
3.1.1. Data Residency: We store personal information collected from Australian users  
on AWS servers located within Australia.  
3.1.2. Cross-Border Disclosure: For users in New Zealand, your personal information  
will be stored on AWS servers located in Australia. We take all reasonable steps  
to ensure that any overseas recipient (including our cloud providers) protects  
your personal information with safeguards comparable to those provided under  
New Zealand and Australian privacy laws.  
3.2. Protection:  
In order to protect the security of your personal information, we will strive to adopt  
various security measures that comply with industry standards to protect your personal  
information and minimize the risk of damage, theft, leakage, unauthorized access, use,  
disclosure, and modification of your personal information. We will actively establish a  
data classification and grading system, data security management standards, and data  
security development standards to manage and regulate the storage and use of personal  
information, ensuring that no personal information unrelated to the services we provide  
is collected.  
Your account has security protection functions. Please keep your account and password  
information safe. We will ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered by  
backing up to other servers, encrypting user passwords, and implementing relevant  
security measures. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that  
there are no "comprehensive security measures" on the information network. To prevent  
the occurrence of safety accidents, we have established appropriate early warning  
mechanisms and emergency plans in accordance with laws and regulations. If a security  
incident occurs, we will promptly inform you of the relevant situation by email, letter,  
phone, push notification, and other relevant means. If it is difficult to inform the  
personal information subject one by one, we will take reasonable and effective

information in the APP.  
3.3.3. Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data  
through the app settings or by contacting us.

Cookies are text files placed on your accessing device by a web server, which will help  
you recall information during subsequent visits and simplify the process of recording  
your personal information. You have the right to accept or reject cookies. If the browser  
automatically receives cookies, you can modify the browser's settings according to your

not be able to fully experience the services we provide.
